You retain ownership of all content you upload or generate using the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely as needed to provide the Service, including publishing on connected platforms on your behalf.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, behavior, or content of third-party platforms.
Fees
Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
